Lunch Times
K-3 individual class lunch times will vary, but general timeframes:

Kinder: 10:30-11:08 (classes are staggered)

1st: 11:09-11:48 (classes are staggered)

2nd: 10:42-11:20 (classes are staggered)

3rd: 12:12-12:46 (classes are staggered)
-
4th: 11:40-12:10 (all at the same time)
-
5th: 12:45-1:15 (all at the same time)
Role/Responsibilities
Grab a blue PTO apron from the PTO closet next to the stage. If it's locked, ask a staff member to open it for you. Be sure your apron is stocked with sporks, straws, and napkins (extras can be found on a cart near lunch line area).
Children who need help will raise their hand. Walk around the lunchroom and assist children as needed. This may include opening lunch items, giving them a utensil/napkin/straw, dismissing them to the restroom, etc. Please do your best to service the entire lunchroom, not just your own child's area.
As a class is nearing the end of their lunchtime, encourage students to collect and dispose of their trash. There are large red trashcans you can wheel through the rows of tables.
Volunteers are not be responsible for disciplining students. If there is a behavior problem, inform the staff member on lunch duty.
All volunteers must be VIPS approved for the 26-27 school year. Please note that volunteers must re-register every year.
