Dear Vendor,
On behalf of the West University Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization, we want to thank you for participating in our Annual Boo Bash Bazaar, a well-attended community event and vital fundraiser for our school.
Date: Saturday, October 18th, 2025
Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (Set-up begins at 8:00 am; tear-down at 2:00 pm)
Location: West University Elementary School, 3756 University Blvd.
Booth Options:
Standard booth (8’x10’): $150
Large booth (8’x20’): $200
Includes 2 complimentary chairs
Optional: Tables ($40 each), electricity ($5 per outlet/cord). Vendors may bring their own tables or tents (must fit booth space).
Vendors are responsible for their own displays, props, pricing, cash bank, and cleanup. Please note: this is a rain or shine event. In case of severe weather, fees will be considered a donation to the school and are non-refundable.
To participate, please submit the attached Vendor Application Form by September 20 and pay via the payment link.
