Where | WUES School Grounds. This is an outside event only! The school building will be closed.

Parking | University Blvd. will be closed from Auden to Edloe all day. Parking is always a challenge! We highly encourage walking or sharing a ride.

 

Restrooms | Restrooms are located at the West University Little League Dugout (corner of Auden and University) and portable restrooms will be located at the corner of Edloe and University.

 

Drinks | *NEW* BYO-Bottle! We will have refillable water stations near the Food Truck and the Train Depot areas. Help make Boo Bash a little more Earth-friendly by bringing your own water bottle from home!  

 

Food | Food will be available for separate purchase from our Food Truck area. Credit cards only.

 

Wristbands | Anyone (non-WUES families as well) can purchase a wristband on the day of the event for $40. Purchases can be made at both the Auden and Edloe entrances. Credit cards only.

 

Confetti Eggs | Confetti eggs can be picked up with the pre-purchased ticket at the egg tent on University Blvd. Additional cartons will also be available for purchase the day of. Pre-purchased tickets will go home in Monday folders on Oct. 14.

 

Haunted House | Remember to visit the Haunted House at the Scout House! Enter at your own risk. It will be scary and is geared for 3rd - 5th grade and older! If you are younger than 8 years old, we will require a parent chaperone or parent permission.

 

Lost Children | Boo Bash is very busy!  There will be a lot of people and kids all around!  

• We highly recommend writing your cell phone number on your child’s wristband in case they get lost!

• For young toddlers who do not need a wristband, we will have some name tag stickers at the entrances that you can stick on their backs with your cell # on it.  

• If you lose your child or if you find a lost child, please come to the Lost & Found tent, located on University near the entrance to the Teacher Parking Lot for assistance.

 

First Aid | In case of a minor incident, we will have first aid kits available at the Lost & Found Tent.
 

Volunteers | If you are volunteering at a game or inflatable, please remember to check-in first at the Volunteer Tent (on University near Teacher’s Parking Lot) to get directions on where you need to be.
