West U Dance Company
Who: 3rd-5th graders (limited to 40 students)
What: Students in the West U Dance Company will learn basic dance vocabulary and terminology and be exposed to a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern/contemporary. They will develop performance qualities such as expression, stage presence, and technique. Students will also participate in performance experiences, including a Spring Showcase in May.
When: Weekly on Wednesdays starting in September
How: Registration will open in August and will be on a first to sign up basis

Parent Involvement: Each parent will be responsible for attending at least one Wednesday Monday practice to provide additional supervision and bring snacks. A SignUpGenius link will be used for scheduling.
We are seeking parents with dance experience in any style to teach a class in the fall.
Club Dues: $50; additional fees may be required for costumes
