What is Souper Bowl of Caring?
The BEST Superbowl pre-party in town! WUES families donate canned and packaged dry goods and bring them to school throughout the week, culminating with a massive weigh-in as part of a school-wide generosity competition.

All donations benefit the HISD Food Bank, which provides food assistance to local HISD families. Last year we collected 49k lbs of food. Let's make it 75k lbs this year!

* VOLUNTEERS NEEDED *
In addition to classroom volunteers, we need school-wide volunteers to help:

Build boxes
-
Tally items like a math whiz
-
Play jenga as you box items
-
Get your workout in as a heavy lifter
-
Sweep the halls to collect donations from classrooms
-
Party prep and photography on celebration day, Monday 2/12
Volunteer shifts are done by 8am-ish!
